I've got some boat lift questions. I'm doing some research and trying to figure out which boat lift to go with. I've got a Wakesetter Mxz22. I beleive the dry weight is right at about 4400. So I'm looking at possibly a 6,000 3/4 hp gear driven or 8,000 lb 1hp lift. (Probably gonna go with the 8000) 10' wide cradle. I'm wondering if it's worth it do do the dual drive where there is one motor on each side or the regular center mount? The advantage I see with the dual drive is you have more room for the tower when it's lifted and it's probably faster. Wondering if it's worth spending the xtra $ for an aluminum cradle and ss cables. The river we are at is brackish. What lifts are y'all using for your heavy/wide wakeboats? Thanks for any input.
