WAKE WORLD HOME

This page is like the bulletin board by the front door at your favorite wake spot. When WakeWorld members update their profile, create an event, start a poll, make new friends or list something in the classifieds, you'll see it here first.
WakeWorld Website Re-Launch - March 1, 2010
Getting Registered/Logged In
If you had an account in the old WakeWorld Discussion Board, that account information has been transferred to this system. You should be able to use your email to request a new password (passwords are encrypted so we couldn't bring them over). That way you will carry on with your old account which has your name, post count, sign up date, etc. Go here to request a new password for your account: http://www.wakeworld.com/lostpass.php.

If you weren't a registered member of the old discussion board, but you'd like to get involved with the new WakeWorld WakeSpace community, get your account set up at http://www.wakeworld.com/signup.php.

WakeWorld Points Store
WakeWorld Points are our way of rewarding you for the time you spend on WakeWorld. To score points, start by at least adding a photo to your profile and then build from there. Next, add content that's valuable to the community, leave comments and share articles via your social networks. The more you do, the more points you'll log. We'll be tweaking the way points are earned as we learn more about what type of activities bring the most value to the community. Visit the store at http://www.wakeworld.com/store/.

Once you log at least 200 points, you'll be able to go shopping in the WakeWorld Points Store. Not only can you buy WakeWorld gear, but you can grab goods brought to you by CWB Board Co., Liquid Force, Tommy's, Monster Tower, Monster Energy, Nautiques, OnlyInboards.com and more.

New Classifieds System
I've brought over our makeshift Classifieds from the old discussion board. However, they will all be closed threads and you won't be able to add anything new to that section. You can follow the menu links above to find our new Classifieds, so use those from now on. I'm just leaving the "old" ones in place for a month or two so that people can easily cut and past their ads into the new Classifieds if they want to.

Sounds like surfing and rough water ride and the key elements on the boat, Centurion Enzo should be at the top of that list! Not knowing what your local dealer situation is, but an Enzo 233, or 244, or FX22/44 wins over the others in those two ca...

polarbill made a post in this thread: Help me narrow down new boat list to 3 for Demo. Supra SC 450??
One thing to consider might be surf systems. 2 of the 6 boats don't have surf systems. Those 2 boats might be the best pure surf boats of the 6 but it also means they need to be listed which also means more ballast taking up storage, lots of wei...

[QUOTE=bftskir;1873021]Impeller is in the lower left. It takes wrenches to remove and open the pump to get the impeller out. Oil filter probably near bell housing...use a plastic bag...post more pics, make sure that belt is ok looks frayed. Check ...

Looks good. I like the ease of a all glass flooring with snap in carpet, but would be kind of expensive to gelcoat it all to factory looks.

phathom made a post in this thread: Understanding Surfboard Fins
Ok. I appreciate that info. I thought it was a little odd it only had one long, short fin. All the boards I've ridden have been surf style with shorter, taller fins. My board is a WaveZone, a Florida surf manufacturer, so I don't think it's an ada...

DavidAnalog made a post in this thread: HLCD's on a budget
So the worse thing you can do on the tower is get a smallish HLCD where the 6.5" midbass driver has no chance of keeping pace with the aggressive horn tweeter. They wouldn't use a horn if they didn't want the extra acoustic power. Of all the 6.5"...

It's not the lower freq that cause people the pain. The HLCD speakers do project sound in a direction and therefore there is a difference by angling them correctly since the boat will normally have some elevation with the nose up pointing the spe...

It helps, yes. Also helps throw sound to rider instead of into your wake. But it's not the difference between being in a library or a stadium.

If you only want to pay for 1 410 or 2 Rev 10's, I would go with the Rev 10's. It will look better on your tower and will give you the volume and sound your looking. If you use a 410 and mix it with anything else the other speakers will not keep u...

I am scared to put most of my 225lbs on the nose of the board. I do however typically ride a little more neutral and leaned back. Snowboarding has gotten me accustomed to weighting a tad front heavy. I agree with most of your post.
