Just inflate the spare to the max rating on the tire. Do this when it is not in the sun.

The hinging is different on the floating wedge so you would not want to remove the actuators.

cadunkle made a post in this thread: 5 blade props?
Never used one, but my guess is not enough reduction in slip to justify the added cost vs a 4 blade. If running heavy some extra slip when getting moving can help, like a torque converter in a car.

cadunkle made a post in this thread: Hull reinforcement for wakeboard tower
Whether additional backing is required depends on the thickness and strength of the attachment points to the cap. You can get away with a larger plate on the underside to spread the load but glassing in some backing is never a bad idea. Coosa or S...

cadunkle made a post in this thread: Green or White underwater LED's
No green or red as mentioned, for navigation reasons. No blue as that is reserved for police. I think white is the most practical, and only for use at the dock or while anchored. While I've always thought of underwater lighting as a waste of time...

We have been stopped for navigating with out white under water lights on. Only 1 white light is allowed on the rear of the boat, and that's for your anchor light.
