I've never paid that much attention to the threads regarding Hyperlite honoring warranties....but now I have a problem. In April of '02, I bought a board with Spins on it. This past Saturday morning, as I pulled the board out of the hatch, I noticed that the binding is ripped right where it goes into the clamp that allows you to adjust the tightness of the binding. I boarded with it all weekend anyway, but I can tell it won't be much longer before the back one rips. My question is.......Is it still under warranty, and if so, should I handle it directly with Hyperlite or should I go thru the dealer\shop that I bought it from? If it has a 1 year warranty.......what are my other options....If any? Thanks.....
