motor problem?

I have a 2004 supra and my boat ran fine for the first part of the day but then it started to lose power when i went to give it throttle it would bogg down but when i took the breather off it would run fine any ideas?

sorry dont guess its the breather but its the round metal spark arrester filter on top of the carb. If i take it off it will run fine. Anyone have ideas of what could cause this?

Give the flame arrestor a good fuel or other solvent wash, it must be real dirty not allowing enough air into the carb
