Well a few weeks back was riding and didn't do anything that resulted in a big crash or even an awkward crash. In fact stood up the first run completely. But the later that night and the next day I was kinked to the left and had a lower back pain. So I went to the Chiropractor for a few sessions and bought an inversion table that my wife had been talking about. I really think it helps, I feel really loose and invigorated after hanging around for a couple of 15 min sets. IT has even helped with the sore muscles.
