Well a few weeks back was riding and didn't do anything that resulted in a big crash or even an awkward crash. In fact stood up the first run completely.
But the later that night and the next day I was kinked to the left and had a lower back pain. So I went to the Chiropractor for a few sessions and bought an inversion table that my wife had been talking about.
I really think it helps, I feel really loose and invigorated after hanging around for a couple of 15 min sets. IT has even helped with the sore muscles.

I rocked an inversion table through highschool to combat the rigors of wrestling and football and it does help. I started doing straight-leg deadlifts at the gym a few years ago and haven't had back problems since.

I do. I have had back pain for several years and started using one of these last summer.

I got a disc bulge (from wakeboarding) and started using this after I went to decompression therapy which is the same thing but laying horizontal. It definitely helped my back pain and didnt feel as stiff. I ended up having back surgery but haven't used it yet. I plan on using everytime after I ride.

My only complaint is that its somewhat uncomfortable but a much better alternative than decompression therapy. Costco is now selling these.
