Haven't been training for tricks, but I have been training a strong body. I'm lighter, leaner, and stronger than I ever have been.

Trew! Good to see you on here buddy. I'm picking up a Super Air 210 on sat. Get your wetsuit ready. I am going to Winter Park on the 13th to do some snowboarding. when I get back I plan on riding on warmer days. I have also made up my mind that on the weekends I am going to trailer down to Duncan instead of wasting my time with rough water on my side of the lake. The weekends are way too crowded. Hope you are ready to ride.

I've been running and putting in time on the trampoline. Using a tramp board has been really helpful.

I'm in a fitness class now that gives me access to a weight room, indoor track, and all the other fun things I could want. I hope to be stronger and more agile than ever by spring.

I've been stretching and working on my grip. The two things that I really felt like held me back last year were grip strength and flexibility.

Finally got a tramp few weeks ago so up until I fractured my ribs I was trainig hard for a 31 year old out of shape smoker. Jeremy can you possibly post a pic of your handle pass trainer with a little more detail on how to set up.

While your ribs are healing jaybee...use the time to kick the smoking habit...my guess is that will improve your endurance more than any workout program every could...and you'll live longer too!

I have been working out over the winter, something I have never made an effort to do in the past. Like CIE J-Rod I too am in better shape this year than I have ever been in . The beginning of last summer I was at my worst, and weighed 174, the most I have ever weighed. I am now at 157 and feel great! By summer I should be back up around 160-165 and even leaner.

I've been working out, using dynamic movement or plyometrics exercises as well as weight resistance to build up muscle stamina, strength and explosive movement. Defintely helps with injury prevention as well. Oh yeah and a lot of stretching too.
