I have a 2001 Tige 21v with vibration that I can feel in the steering wheel and throughout the boat at low RPM.

Basically, as I'm pulling away from the dock and give it a little throttle, the boat shakes. RPM up or down from there and it goes away. Had a few small dings in the prop, so I changed that out and it's still the same.

Thinking it's the shaft?

With the age of your boat, I wouldn't rule out a misfire, low RPM acceleration puts the most load on the ignition system. How many hours

Also check the trans fluid level.

We've seen some props go out of alignment with age at the shop - and even though you could not visually see anything - a $80 rebalance could do wonders....
