I have two wakeboard racks from ProFlight that are less than 1 year old. For some reason, they don't mount correctly to my tower. I've emailed and left a message for ProFlight and haven't heard anything back. It sucks to spend over $400 for something that doesn't work and then you don't get a call back. It's been almost two weeks since my email and 5 days since I've left a message. Anyone know what could be going on with them?
