I just got back from my first trip to this lake, what the hell were they thinking when parks and reck built that road? very step and narrow, mostly one lane with blind turns and a crazy switch-back turn about half way down that took me about five turn/back-up's! I was lucky that no one was coming up or going down when I was, it would have been a bizatch! Once at the ramp HEADS UP! STAY CLOSE TO THE RAMP WHEN LAUNCHING AND TRAILERING, far right side is only about 2ft deep. The parking lot fills up fast so get there early.Still has lots of water, and no debrie unlike Folsom. Except for the road in and the ramp the lake nice.

tell me about it, what do you do when another boat comes? theres basically no turn out spots. Try making that huge hair pin in a huge lifted f350, took like 6 minutes just to make that turn and back up 10 times. Thats why i avoid that lake, especially now since all the rocklin folks can't go to folsom.
