i have a 1998 MasterCraft 205, and we have 400 pounds of ballast and 3-4 people in the boat.

what speed and rope length?

We have the same boat except we put an additional 1500+ of ballast in it. It really depends on the level of rider but with that small amount of ballast it will be able to plane out at 19 and the rope can be 65-70 ft.
