I have the Ronix Ones and my heel lifts in them. The bindings came with the J-bars but I can't figure out where they go and how to keep them there once they are put in the bindings. Anyone else use them? My buddy also wants to put them in his Cell bindings but he hasn't been able to figure it out either.

There is some velcro between the outer shell and the liner down about where you can imagine that the J-bars are supposed to go. You'll want to adjust the placement of the jbars so that they are perfect for the shape of your heel/achilles.

do the bars point down toward the bottom of the boot, sort of like an arrow pointing downward or are the bars supposed to be at a certain angle?

the velcro is shaped like the j-bar, just peel the liner from the shell and look down, youll see the velcro, theres only one way to put them in.
