Another thing you guys need to realize about Darin is that he has a very "short" body and muscle type. It is much easier to build muscle when you have his body type than say tall and lanky. Not taking anything away from Darin but genetics are the biggest factor when it comes to how your body will respond to any type of resistance training. Look up the differences between Endomorph, Mesomorph, etc. I think I spelled those right!lol There are basically 3 different types of bodies and if you get a copy of Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding he goes into depth about the differences and how each type will respond to training. Also, what works for one person may not work for another so copying Darin's workout would be silly...
