What do the sherrifs in Shasta think of surfers without vests, and passengers on the swim-deck and transom while the boat is under way?

Wasn't Shasta the scene of misguided LE efforts to stop surfing a year or two back?

it was during the week, we didn't see a single cop :-)

i wonder what they like less? us surfing with no vest and people on the swimdeck or the topless boat cruises we did :-)

here is another slow shutter that turned out good. was getting late and there wasn't much light. it almost looks like the rider was photoshopped into it.
