I have been demoing a pair of these for the last week and I love them. They are the lightest bindings I have ever ever tried. I am a little concerned what these things are going to smell like at the end of the summer. I rode on saterday and they are still damp tonight. My board has been in my living room. So tell me if you have had these for a season....are they gettin funky?
Get a regular boot drier. I used one on my shanes all last year and they still smell like brand new. My shanes would stay wet all week so I went and got one.
thats too bad cuz i rode my hyperlite murrays all weekend and they were dry this morning when i took them outta my the back of my truck with a cover on top.
I'm not surprised that they were dry after they baked in the cali sun in the back of your truck where it was probably 85+. I highly doubt any of the other closed toes dry any quicker.
I have the Cells and they didn't stay wet abnormally long. I've only had them about 2 weeks, so don't know if they get the funk yet, but I think my feet are pretty much invincible.
With ronix's and slingshot's you can always pull the liners. They will dry way faster then, always does the trick with my soggy snowboard boots after a sweaty spring day.
I tried pulling my liners out of the ones, it is not happening! I read in another thread that the ronix bindings are treated with something to repel mold and fungus. Is this true?
