My new wakeboarding video

Here is a video that I just put together. It is the highlights of our season. Ashlee and Zachary are my kids. Whitney and Landry are my sister's kids. I am obviously Trent and my wife is Donielle. Andee is our reliable wakeboarding bud. Grant and Jeff are a couple of pro snow boarders. They have been out with us off and on the last two seasons. The boats are my 2005 Malibu V-Ride (sold) and our new 2007 Wakesetter VLX.

ok trent this is just constructive criticisms please dont be to offended.
first off i think this is a decent video for you to have in the library but it couldve been condensed to about 3 minutes. there was just to much of the same thing over and over. i like videos where they show the riders best stuff and move on. (i realize you dont wanna look like a jerk in front of the family so you probably included a bunch of stuff that may normally wouldnt make the cut). moving on there was too much boat in the beginning. the backing of the boat in the water has been done. i wouldve started the video of the shot with the boat pulling away. the music selection i didnt care for, most music on the wakeboard videos ive never heard but it gets me pumped to ride. u2 puts me to sleep. stay away from fadings. alot of the kid's section was shot with the sun behind the camera so you cant see the rider. there was also to much zooming in and out while footage was being shot. you can get away with a little zooming out but becareful zooming in to much.
anyway just a couple of points to consider. i'd of kept that one for the family and made a nice short one for us to view.

Sweet! Its cool to see the snowboarders tearing it up. The neat thing is that you can totally tell they are boarders because everything looks so smooth, and they go huge on everything.

Jeremy - Yes, the water is very cold at certain times during the season. The water temp can range from frozen to a high of about 76. We live in Idaho. We start in March and quit in October.

Garret- Everyone who rides behind my boat is offered a helmet. Everyone you saw wearing one has either been knocked unconscious, had a concussion, broke an ear drum, or were there when it happened. There are two types of people that wakeboard - those that have been seriously hurt and those that will, so why risk it. In my case any serious injury would end my career, so I wear a knee brace and a helmet.
