where to ride in south florida?

Coming to south florida for the Miami Boatshow, dragging my MasterCraft along for some sun and fun.

Markham park is closed beacause of hurricane damamge.

Anybody know of any other freshwater spots between Ft Lauderdale and Miami ?

I drag my Wakesetter to Key Largo on occassion (profile pick is Marathon Key). Little over an hour south of Miami, but butter can always be found somewhere among the mangroves. Pick up some salt away and flush daily...
Im probably heading down for the show too.

I would also like to know if anyone wakeboards down in marathon or keeps a boat there. I'll be down there in March for a week and would love to ride.

Um I recently went riding In a place above marathon called , duck key resort . I go down to the keys for spring break and christmas .
Water was choppy but i had a so Much fun :-)

its expensive to . But Its worth it!

My brother lives in Key Largo and rides with a couple people down there, I'll send him a link to this discussion - maybe he can help you out. I try to get down there once a month.
