1. use whatever you have, or whatever you can get your hands on. Some use an HO Molecule tube, some an HO Extreme tube...I prefer a Straight Line Jumbo Buster. After you've used a couple different tubes you'll find things about each that you like and dislike. So use what is available to start with and go from there...

2. Cornering isn't an issue because you usually will wanna slow down in the corners to keep the tube between the wakes. If you have to, grab onto the rider's rope so that you stay in the middle of the wakes (unless you wanna be on the outside of the wakes...). Shooting from a tube requires pretty "controlled" circumstances (glassy water, no rogue waves, good rider, good driver, nobody else tubing nearby, etc), so it's not like you're gonna ever have to do much with the tube other than be stable on it. So there...that's the key when looking for a good tube- stability.

3. Waterproof housings are expensive. The nicer ones can run more than $5K, but if you're only interested in a splash housing then you can probably pick up an EWA bag or equivalent for a few hundred. Of course, this may be as much as your camera costs, but remember that electronics don't play well with water, so I wouldn't skimp too much on quality when it comes to getting a housing or you could find yourself buying a new camera soon...
