I'm all LF but I hear a lot of great stuff about CWB. I am about to take my 7 day old LF bindings in for warranty. We will see how it goes.

Hyperlite has dealt me with very quickly and without question. 3 days after I called I had new overlays for my Parks that ripped, and another time new laces/clamps for one that broke.

Working for a shop I have to work a lot with in house customer service reps, and they're all pretty much on point with everything.

Although I don't ride CWB, I've seen them do some amazing things for people. This one kid got ripped off trying to buy a CWB board from another individual and CWB gave him a new board for free. Ronix along with TSR boardshop has given me 5 star customer service.

sometimes, its not even the company its the sales place, i called hL on a handle, they would do nothing with it...called the company i bought it from, grizzlysports.com they took a 2 year old handle and sent me the brand new next years model...no questions asked... props to them, but i have also had my local company not do a thing, so i called cwb, fixed it all free of charge!? so you win some you lose some...

I don't know much about other companies but CWB kicks A$$. I bought a used 05 CWB absolute platinum and about after 4-5 months of using it the threaded inserts ripped out. I contacted CWB and sent some pics to them. Within 3 days they shipped out an 07 CWB absolute platinum no problems at all. They just made a loyal customer for life!!!!!!!!!! Josh

I work at a shop and have to send warranty back all the time and place orders. Id have to say Cdub and LF are neck and neck. One side cwb always ansers and gets you to the right person and gets you handled fast while on the other hand if you do have to leave a message there not the best at calling you back. LF is the only company that will return my phone calls 9 outta 10 times, but they dont awnser as consistenly as CWB. Gotta say there neck and neck both companys ship great and take care of there customers i mean what more can you ask for.

I have only dealt with Hype on return issues. they were top notch to deal with. I have heard nothing but good things about CWB. one company that I am surprised no one has mentioned, is Monster Tower and accessories. I bought a rack from someone here on WW, and monster sent me the proper sized fittings for my tower, and a couple of coozies and stickers. all free of charge. great, friendly, professional service from them.

I was wanting to ask the same question. I've always heard O'Brien was great for customer service, but contacted them a few weeks ago about a manufacturer issue on my binding and they still haven't gotten back to me. So I'm going to buy some CWB Factions since CWB's getting such great feedback. I hate to leave negative feedback for O'Brien because they make some awesome gear and I love my Player board, but they really left me hangin on this one.

I would think with something like wakeboarding and as small as the community is, if a company were to have bad customer service they would be in trouble once news of it spread.

Exactly...nobody can afford to have BAD customer service. HL, LF and CWB all have great customer service in my experiences...except for today when one warranty rep decided to try and convince me over the phone that their overlays were size specific, and then that they were the same for both left and right bindings...then they told me that it could be as long as 2-3 weeks before they could get me replacement laces for some of my customers' bindings. Doh!

I have only delt with ronix. So far I have gone through 2 sets of cabal bindings, my local dealer just handed me new ones each time. But now my board is cracking the jel coat around the screw holes. A rep from Ronix days that they will give me a new board if i send it in. So far there customer service seems good. but only time will tell.

I'm going with CWB but I can almost bet most companies are on the ball. I don't know where other boards are made but hey if you can get 400 bucks for a product made in china it better be top notch and come with great service and CWB has hit that nail right on the head.

Chris it will get handled quicker if you call CWB, sometimes the emails get backed up and it COULD take longer, but not always. 425-775-5416 ask for warranty

Apparently someone who works for CWB saw my post on here, tracked down my personal email address, and emailed me before anyone has even seen the email I sent to them. THAT is good customer service!

Russell- your "personal" email address is listed in your profile! haha. Next time I have a cwb warranty issue come back to my shop I think I'll just tell the customer to hop on wakeworld and bitch about the problem. Perhaps that'll expedite the process a bit.

Turned out I just needed to tighten up the hinge cables a little bit... C-dub is the best for sure. I am selling these bindings though if anyone is interested. No need for 2 sets of Cdub bindings and only one board... http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/8/491822.html?1187795961

I also have sent CWB an email tonight about my bindings. They tore on the side this afternoon. They have been good ones. No complaints about the durabiltiy of CWB products.
