I ride Obrien Ion bindings & keep ripping the wingnut head off of the binding clamp. The stud stays in the board but the head comes off the bolt, then I loose the clamp, then I'm done. Its happened 3 times so far, & on the same right side binding. I like the bindings but dont like the hardware.
It happened again today & I substituted for different bindings w/ wingnut holddowns & I torn the head off that one too. Any thoughts?

Call O'Brien Customer service they'll send you out a new set.

Oh yeah - what color are the wingnuts? Black or silver/gray?
