Ronix J-Bars

I know where they go and how they are supposed to face, but how in the world do you get your hand down there to get them in the correct position? Does the liner come out or do you just have to jam them down in there?

im pretty sure they just velcro to the inside liner. the liner doesnt come out or anything. the j bars would be directly touching your foot.
