Never been at Bullards Bar, but want to try the lake out this summer. Whats are some of the best camping sites and places to board at? Pictures if you have some would be cool.

Be careful getting into your boat. Awesome water, whereever you go, but the dirt is all red. Gets EVERYWHERE!!!!

I still have red spots on my trailer 3 years later.

School house. One of the best places you will ever camp.

Thanks Robb and Craig. Robb is the red dirt stain your carpet? Shasta can get an inside of a boat pretty dirty if you don't get strict on the boat rules. How bad are we talking?

Bullards Bar is awesome. I wish I had my old computer system still, it had all the pics from that lake on it.

Here are a few from 06
Garden Point is good but it is boat in only. You can shore camp just about everywhere with a permit and porta-potty

In all the pictures I don't see any other boaters. Does it get packed?

Thanks for the pictures. I can't wait.

We usually camp at Dark Day. Never gets too packed. Awesome place. My brother-in-law is actually looking at some property up there. I love it there.

It's a awesome place that's forsure, just wish the launch ramp wasn't so far outside the campgrounds.
