Just got the new Alliance Wake! I must say that I am impressed! They have more sequence shots then I have ever seen before in the Mag! I personally love seeing all the sequence shots, there is something about seeing the landing knowing that it was stomped with conviction that makes me appreciate the rider and the move that much more! So let’s see what everyone’s got! Post your sequence shots! Cropped or un-cropped lets see them! Here are a few of mine, you have probably seen them all before I have some new ones I will post when I get home!

I'm a fan of the sequence shot, myself... In fact, I bought my newest camera with "fps" ability in mind. Nice shots, nice riding! Maybe one day I'll be able to master the photoshoping techniques, and post one of my own. -Blake

I'll post this pic of Steve, because I took it... But he gets the credit for the sequencing. Joe, I bought the 30D... I like it a lot, even though I'm not 100% sure how to use it. -Blake

I like the photo shopped pics! You dont really see them to often in Mag any more, probably because they dont like publishing pics from inside boat. I wonder what a shopped photo would look like from a chace boat. It must not really work, that's why they lay them out frame by frame in Alliance. I have some Sick shots from the case boat of Colin Ryan, I will post them once he gets back to me and tells me it cool. (Hint Hint! Hit me Back Colin!) I always ask first now after that whole Adkison thing, when I posted shots that CWB owned. oops!

I just got a 20D brand new for $700.00 couldn't pass up the deal. Here are some from my old Panasonic FZ3 and older Olympus 2100UZ: Not bad for just 3fps on a point and shoot. Looking forward to the 5fps burst of the 20D!! Joe, Do you have any recommendations for a good all around lens for the 20D? I'm not talking L class, just something for descent. Later, jjakober

I have been dying to do some sequence shots with all the photos I have but I use the GIMP and have not been able to figure it out. I know it can be done. Does anyone have any experience with the GIMP?

Nick, I don't have any experience with GIMP other then what my friends called me after I broke my leg!! If it has layering then you should be able to do it. The idea is to put one shot on top of the other then erase a hole in the top layer to allow the rider from the bottom layer to show through, then combine those layers, add the next shot and repeat. It takes some time, but the results can be really cool. jjakober

I used GIMP for a while. For those who don't know, GIMP is the GNU image manipulation program. Basically, photoshop for those who dont want to pay for it.

I just wish that I would even get the new Alliance Mag each month. In the past year, I think that I have only got two issues. There service level sucks a FAT one.....I want my money back. I thoroughly enjoy a good sequence. Looking good as always Andy. You still coming back to Cali?

Scott A's camera is seriously fast. Watch his photo section in the Chick Flick. It looks like old time video. It's almost fast enough to be a movie camera. Crazy... Scotty E... You're such a baller. Killin' it wake and snow. Is that Andrea in the last sequence? Steeze.... You guys are basa$$. Gimme a call if you can ride Saturday at the delta.

Damm foo! I'm definitely not ever snowboarding with you or your wife. I don't want to make myself look stupid out there. LOL!! That a girl. Way to kill it. We'll be on the look out for you guys tomorrow. You'll have to come out and help us weight down and break in the new X when we get it. Should be any week now. BTW, we're most likely gonna hit up Carnegie today for a little dirt biking if you're down. Let me know.

Yeah, it was spring conditions today but there was a strong east wind blowing keeping it from melting too fast.
