I need some info on a 1996 Maristar 200 VRS. I am thinking about buying one, and I think I can pick it up for about 10,000. I want to know what kind of wake it throws, is this a good price, and what is a reasonable price if I sell my 1990 Ski Nautique. My Nautique is in awesome condition and everything is in excelle t shape. It has 589 hours on it.

Bryan, I just sold my '95 200 VRS for just under 20K, so I'd say for 10K, something is up.... That said, I absolutely loved my boat. I had her 7 very full seasons and NEVER 1 hick-up in just over 500 hrs. She was fully loaded with Tower, Balast, ect. I ran rougly 1600 lbs and got a good wake, but not as good as what you'll see behind a "wake-specific" boat. Good Luck!

By the way, I'm upgrading to an '07 X2. I just could'nt take another summer without PP and auto-balast.....
