I got one a few months ago to assist in recovery of knee surgery. Highly suggest keeping it on a soft surface, and a place where you can hang on to something for balance. I have a really tall bed, so I put it next to the bed, where I can lean against it to keep my balance while getting up and centered on the board. If you buy direct from
www.indoboard.com it comes with a DVD with details, instructions, etc. I think you can buy just the DVD from the website too. The thicker the carpet, or you can put a few towels down under the roller, to keep the roller slower in the beginning, so you can get your bearings.
