Like Mike said. There are other threads on this forum, on other forums, and lots of info on the interwebs. His look like a great example. If you are not DIY inclined or simply do not have the time, I reccomend these Core racks. They are great solid wood racks at a good price. $80, and you are done. Double them up for $160. I grew up building and fixing everything, and tend to always want to build my own, but I do the math on projects. How much is my time worth, and how much do the materials cost? Is it a half day project or all day project? Multi-day because of paint, finishing or trim items, that require time to dry or set.
I've built fancy metal bar racks that hang real flush to the ceiling, that required heating and bending heavy gauge metal great for displaying longboards and vintage boards, and lots of stick and pvc wall racks. They are all great.
