Well, I have been going back and forth on wether or not to post some photos for the contest but then I decided that I should probably post them since they aren't doing any good on my hard drive not being seen. Here are my favorite photos of 2010 that didn't get published. Enjoy!

Thanks Rich! Glad you like them. As far as PPing goes. It's pretty simple. Import into computer, minor contrast bump, export.

Maybe it's the lighting, those have a really nice non digital look to them, especially #1. Which body are you using?

Thanks! I am currently using a Nikon D700, yet I recently grabbed a D7000 for the video which seems to be working better than I expected. Both of these photos had a lot of things that had to come together perfectly in order for them to happen. Lighting, timing, and riding. As well as chase boat driving and people to hold strobes etc. Definitely two of my most memorable shoots of the year.

This was tough just getting down to 6.
1. Scott a. Bridge shot. Like- Composition, B&W, overall great shot.
2. Ryan Taylor rail shot. Like - Lighting, composition, sharp. Dope press.
3. Riley 1st shot. Like - Lighting, overall feel, sickshot.
Honorable mention (my next 3 favorites)
Walt's water truck. I love long exposure light painting.
Rich Dykmans Ski shot. Sharp, sharp, sharp.
Peter Twelker's 2nd shot. Hard to get a good into the sun shot, well done.
Lot's of great shots, thanks for playing.

It's kind of an apples/oranges thing for me... just because they're all such different subject matter. But...
1. Ryan T. - 1st shot - Rail
2. Walt - shot 1 - Car
3. Riley - shot 1 - Winchin'
Honorable mention for me... Jakobers explosives! and Rich's ski shot. (Damn dude, that is sharp focus!)
Next year, I'ma try to put up a little more of a fight with my submissions. Great work guys!!
