Thanks everyone, stoked to be back! I'm sure you're all sick of hearing about my stupid knee, so hopefully this is the end of it.

It felt great. I didn't push it hard at all, so it's not sore at all today. I took a second set later and was able to do ollie 180's in the flats and jump to the middle of the wake with no pain. Simple pleasures!

Awesome Andrea! Congrats on the return. I remember the first set I took after coming back from my knee surgery in 04, pure bliss.

is that a neoprene sleeve under the brace? I wonder if that would help keep mine in place a bit better?

Trapper, that looks like the neoprene sleeve CTI gives with their braces. I cannot tell if she is wearing the AMS strap which replaces the natural padding in the lower portion of the brace with a neoprene wrap. IMHO the AMS strap is BOMB!!!! (FWIW I dont wear the sleeve underneath my brace) I put those on my brace(s) and cut the excess off so that when I tighten the portions together they overlap by maybe an inch. It REALLY helps my brace stay put a lot more AND takes the sting away from really tightening down that upper calf strap which is the most important in keeping the brace located on your knee properly.
