I love their customer service. They just rock. My laces on my Zeus bindings were fraying a bit. Called to see if I could get some replacements. Matt threw some in the mail and I had them 2 days later free of any charge. They've made me a customer for life!
Last year they replaced the wraps on my bindings. They removed the recoil system and put on a normal lace wrap. I like the bigger laces much more. All of this for free too!
I'll second all that! I broke my board last week and had a new one delivered on Friday. One picture, email, phone call, and all set. CWB has fantastic customer service. Plus, the 09 Marius Platty rocks!
One of my laces broke 3 weeks ago and Matt called me back and I got some new laces also. Great customer support.
BTW, he also said that CWB changed vendors on who they were receiving the laces from. Could be a bad batch that I had but again, CWB replaced them with no questions asked.
Ditto the great customer service. My mainline came off the tower, the handle sunk (LG) and took the mainline with it to the bottom of the lake. Casey replaced both with a brand new LG handle and mainline combo. Can't get much better than that.
