"Shannon Best was bigger than all of them." My knees hurt now. That is a huge kick off the wake!

I dont think that most people understand how hard it is to get booted like that and not drift way out and up. Staying fairly flat like that is so hard its carzy.

That's HUGE! I was as impressed on how he stayed afloat and made it back to the swim deck without even getting soaked, that was sweet.

What handle is he using? I have huge hands and always wonder what other big guys use for handles. I find the that the larger the handle diameter the easier it is to hold on for a long time.

"HUGE. Wonder how many frames." Hard to say. I guess you could pull it from the video but most photogs dont shoot in sequence unless they are trying for a sequence.

Is he hitting the double up each time? That is the perfect w2w technique. He doesn't look very far back either.

Sick. I know from recent experience how hard it is to hit a double up that big...haha I was riding with a friend behind his x star with 5 sacks, the factory and 3 people (~3500-4000lbs weight) and went to hit the 3rd roller. As I got to the trough (read: dropped nearly a foot DOWN into the trough) I realized I was looking almost eye to eye with the top of the wake so I ditched the handle, knowing I would either dig my nose and eat @^# or go straight up really high then come up short and eat @#&$. So i dropped the handle and tried to absorb the double up, but it was so big I still did a completely inadvertent HS backroll to faceplant. Owned. Props to be able to control a dub like those.

Ya that's all of a double up. You can see the rollers. Impressive for sure.

It was impressive to see how high he went, but it was also impressive how easy the landings looked each time. I know he was riding down the other wake, but it just seemed like most of those landings were pretty soft considering he is falling from the stratosphere.

There is no telling how much weight they had in the boat since they were just going for a double up shot. Ridiculous.

It was Kyle Rattray driving those double-ups. Considering he lives on the same lake as Rusty I'd say Kyle's pretty used to serving up big D-ups for Rusty.

Yea I walked into local shop today and saw the mag on the counter and was like i just saw this. Hopefully my issue gets here soon i didnt even look at anything but the cover. Those shorts are called Latinese or something like that, I checked them out today. They are made of some new material that feels a little weird. And they where 69 bucks!!!

I bought those shorts and they are amazing! I also got the ones that Danny advertises for. I like them too. Fox makes the best shorts ever.

Haha Nick Ill see what I can do. I love double ups...and if I cant get another double up that big, I know how to drive triple ups that are unhittably big and steep, so we could make something work...

I looked at the boardshorts as he came onto the swim platform and I dont think they are the Latinese, they look like one of last year's models, more zebra striped. And Adam, please post a video of you hitting a triple up, that sounds epic.
