I have two wakeboard racks from ProFlight that are less than 1 year old. For some reason, they don't mount correctly to my tower. I've emailed and left a message for ProFlight and haven't heard anything back.

It sucks to spend over $400 for something that doesn't work and then you don't get a call back.

It's been almost two weeks since my email and 5 days since I've left a message.

Anyone know what could be going on with them?

I have not had any experience with them, but see this link...

Daniel,
I had a similar expreience in 2002 only I wanted to purchase wakeboard racks. I called for a month and no one retrned my phone call. I finally gave up and purchased them from another company. Two weeks after I purchased them from the other company they called telling me how much they were and wanting my credit card. I said forget the order I already purchased another set from a competing company. Needless to say they were pretty rude so I just hung up. I hope you get your problem resolved.
If I was you I would call every day and bug them until you get a call back.
Just my $.02

I got a message back from ProFlight. That is a step in the right direction. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
