so took the family out and had my son up on the board.. and my wife got up and rode for about 6 sec's before she crashed.. but this is the 5 time trying to get up Upload

Awesome man! If that is indeed a picture of the wife on her 5th attempt tell her that she needs to STAY in the crouched position longer. The handle is far in front of her and high. It looks like the boat is going to pull her over the front edge of the board and the back toe-side edge is about to be swallowed under the water. Once she waits a little longer to stand up she'll be up every time!

It may also get her to stop locking that front knee out... no worries though, everyone does it starting off!

That's sweet! Hanging with the family on the water. My daughter is almost 2, and she swam with me in the lake for the first time this weekend. She was having a blast! She usually sits on the boat, but she wanted to come in the water this time. Proud parent moment.

thats so kool. i got my whole family into wakeboarding. i started when i was 10 and everyone did somehtin different. mom kneeboarded, dad ski'd, sister tubed, uncles did nothing. they started seeing me progress and then they all tryed it out and now they all do it lol and what lake is that? where is it at? :-)

watching a newbie learn how to edge on thier toes is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. you know their about to do a surface raley, you just don't know when. cool to see your entire family ridin, makes the sport that much better when everyone on the boat is having a good time.

shes still learning and i am workin on getting her to get the right stance.. but she needed to get out of the water... so it was great that she got up and stood up, now getting her to stay up longer
