you need some slow stuff too, the reggae type stuff really grows on ya. check out: slightly stupid- collie man slightly stupid- closer to the sun led zeplin- when the levee breaks sweatshop union- I've been down etc. fast stuff: sweatshop union- union dues any Rage Against The Machine Wolfmother- Joker and The Thief swollen Members- too hot swollen members- black magic sweatshop union- cut back etc. edit: forgot blue scholars- southside revival sandpeople- fall apart and pepper- ashes is a popular song. does anyone know who the song "sacrafice" is by? it's very popular in the wake community but I can't find it. some people think it's an anoyying song, but I think it's addictive: M.I.A.- Paper Planes. I'm looking for some new stuff too. So far, I've seen nothing new here. who's got some new, fresh, rap/hiphop? anyone else intrigued by this Shwayze guy on MTV? I bought his 2 tracks. They are good. I hope the rest of the album is the same whn it releases. I also hope MTV doesn't wear him out. They're pushing him hard. (Message edited by jarrod on July 29, 2008)

If you lie underground hip hop I would suggest Adverse and Glue. My personal favorite thing to listen to before I ride is beats. It reminds me of old Justin Stephen's movies like Boombox. Check out DJ Krush. Right now The Dawn by DJ Krush ft. Shawn J. Period off the album Kakusei is my favorite.

While I usually listen to reggae or hip hop, I have been listening to a bunch of 30 Seconds to Mars to get my rock on. Fallen is a sick riding song. Reminds me a lot of Alice in Chains. Always gotta break out the Ben Harper for chillin in a cove afterwards.
