Anyone go to this dealership? Probably the worst attitude of any dealership I have been in.

Ya I have know idea who you talked to because I have been working there for over a year and I have never ever heard anyone say anything that rude about the dealership as that.

stephen p. - You don't know what happened. Might have been something or nothing. I went to the Malibu Open last weekend and every single person from Malibu were the nicest people you could meet. All of them, especially Lani Farmer.
Before we arranged to go I called Malibu here in Orlando. Twice. 10 days ago. I am still waiting for them to call back.I would call that lousy service. It happens.
Something could have happened to Matt.

I was in there last Saturday and the owner yelled at me for looking in a boat that was IN the showroom. Then he was just very short after that. I just thought it was a little out of the ordinary for an owner. I am over it now, it isn't that big of a deal. I just probably won't go back in there.

Doesn't look like anyone in that shop has an attitude

Yeah I am not sure what his deal was. When I first walked in people were looking in it, so I figured it was cool. Since it was IN the pro shop.

That really surprises me about the dealer in Orlando. We tried to buy a boat from them, but after consulting Malibu, they would not sell it to us. (out of their territory) We told them we didnt want to buy it from our local dealer. Long story short, our dealer was exactly what we said they were. We have gone through the Orlando dealer for everything. They help me trouble shoot issues over the phone on the weekend, and then send parts out very quickly. I have dealt with them almost ten times, and have had nothing but good experiences. I know poeple sometimes drop the ball, but maybe give them one more shot.

It's not a big deal. I was just trying to point out that something could have happened to Matt. Why would he take the time to post if nothing had happened??
I don't need to speak to them anymore. It does put you off when you leave messages and businesses don't phone you back. It was important at the time as well.
