Hey I was reviewing your design (which is similar to what I have been thinking)... my question to you is how are you going to trailer it? Your up sections look like they might interfer w/ the trailer. Are they designed to be removed?

First off, I'm three houses from the lake. So I don't have very far to go. But to answer your question, the ends along with the "spine" of the slider come out as two halves. There will be some assemling in the water.

Very nice work! You should come to Colorado for the winter and build rails for the big resorts! How is the wakeboarding scene back in Michigan these days? I have not been back in 5-6 years. I grew up skiing on Silver Lake & Lake Fenton back in the day. Nice to see some Michigan people on WW!

Now is scramble time for me to get everything in line. I would like to have most everything done by Memorial Day. Had a meeting with Dave and Tim at TWC. There new shop is killer with alot of clothing along with Liquid Force and CWB boards. There will definatly be alot of swag for raffling off and give aways. There are a few other events going on in Michigan. Action Water Sports - MasterCraft has a wakeboard series. Walled Lake Beach Party is one of the stops. Silver Spray -Nautique will probably have there two tournaments this summer. Dirk at Pine Lake is not doing his tournament, because he will focusing on the Beach Party stuff. I spoke with Dirk last night, and he has informed me that the invites for the Rail Jam will be going out soon. Michigans 10 best Outlaw riders will have a chance to compete for cash, by doing there best on the slider and kicker. The action will take place on the water in front of Bay View Sports Grille. The wakeboard tournament is on Sunday at 8:00. Registration will be between 6:30 and 8:00. We are expecting about 50 competitors. The Malibu Open, which are the pros competing on July 18 - 20, is the biggest wake boarding event this summer in Michigan. The second biggest is definetly the Walled Lake Beach Party. We will have boats from the following: Action Watersports - MasterCraft Aqua Sport Marine - MB Club Royale - Supra / Moomba Silver Spray - Correct Craft Skiers Pier - Malibu Sunset Marine - Tige All of the dealers will have boats in the water. Some will have boats on land, like in a small boat show. Mik, who is the local Liquid Force rep, will have a booth with product. There be an opportunity to try boats and boards during the event. I was also tipped off the our favorite energy drink company, Kronik Energy may be coming back. There is alot of food and drink and a great time. Hopefully all of you Michiganers will be out there! Oops! forgot to mention. We are having a wakeboard industry party at the Bay View Sports Grille. Maybe, and I say maybe!!! a little bikini action! Hope to see everyone! Doug WLWake
