Steven,

Congrats on the new boat! Looks great! Many great hours on the water to look foward to!

Do you store your boat in the facility that is in the picture? If so what does it cost you per month and does it have water, electricity, or heat?

Thanks,

Joe

Steven,

One other question. Does it have a concrete floor or gravel?

Thanks,

Joe

Steven,
Congrats on the new boat!
I noticed you're from NLR and ride at Greer's. I live in Sherwood. Have you been up there yet this year. I just checked the water level and it's still up 24 ft.
If you ever need an extra rider, let me know.

concrete, fully enclosed. Put the I/O up last year with a cover and pulled out show room new. If your leaving yours out in weather and under cover then I highly advise a storage building. Makes your boat last!! Boat my 2004 Chaparral new and traded it friday and it still looked brand new!

cbaker, I have been up there several times and the lake is way to high to put my boat in. Can fit under the bridges.

Steven,

Thanks for the reply about your storage building. The only enclosed storage that I could find besides the dry stack was a unit with a gravel floor. As you know the dust is terrible but it is out of the weather. I pay $75 per month. I looked into developing a storage facility but the price of land makes it where it's hard to cash flow it and keep the rent where someone would pay it.
