pioneer or soundstream

i'm down to those to on my speaker choice for the boat i am gonna run 4 components for the tower and 6 6x9 coaxials speakers for inside the boat my question is which is the better speaker as far as bieng loud and clear opinions please i just can't seem to decide.

I'd definitely go with Pioneer over Soundstream

I hate to recommend something other than the two you've asked about... But for the price range I'm assuming you are in, you really should look at Polk db and Infinity Kappa. Either will sound much beter than the two options you listed. If you truly are set on those two brands, you should go with the Pioneer.

i was also considering the polks is there any way you can demo speakers? lol but like i said i just want loudness and clarity so i can hear while i'm riding i'll look into the infinitys

I agree with the polk db recommendations above. I have them and love them. Regarding your demo question, go to circuit city and they have the polk db's on demo.

I also agree with Cal. I love my Infinity's, but of those two Pioneer for sure.
