By double decker do you mean a Bi-Level? and Ronix, Gator Boards, Liquid Force (kinda sorta) are making bi-levels at the moment. Ronix hasnt started shipping yet, but the Zariel is going to be a sick skate. Gator Boards has the Duece pop, and i personally havnt rode one but i hear that its solid. LF has the SST, and i put kinda sorta, because it becomes a bi level at the tip and tail, so that you can focus your pop where its needed, but the SST is hard to come by, my boardshop sponser just got their first 07, weird i know.

yes, but wouldnt it be easier to qualify at a pro tour stop? and if i thought the pro tour was bad, i might as well light my board on fire and call it over at the toe jam

There is no wakeskating at the pro tour. That's sorta one of the reasons why the Toe Jam is a "tour" now.

Maybe, i dont know. i remember that it had no flex in the tail and nose, which pretty much killed to point of the bi-level.

We (Obrien) were working one up but never released it to the public. There should be a new one out in a year.

While we are on the topic, I'm hearing rumors that the guys over at CWB's R&D are slaving over a hot batch of wakeskates. They should be something of good quality and performance from what I've heard.

Caleb, I got a chance to ride it. Its a good skate. But you will want to shape the rails quite a bit. 44 is rediculous haha.

yeah thats what ive heard. its a good deck with a snappy ollie. but it doesnt feel like a wood deck at all to me. the fiberglass wrap protects the wood but hides the feeling. but i think the rail change will make it better. wood bottom deck is a must in all bilevels

I would agree with that, but I have never been a fan of wood decks and always skate composite skates. But I have never rode a bi-level either, so my opinion is invalid at this point. Either way im stoked to get it. I can't wait

if you like comp decks then you will love the zariel. i havent met many people that have prefered comp over wood, interesting.
