So if I go naked, is that wrong...........? Seriously though, I've always worn a 4-3 wetsuit, and finally bought a used drysuit..............so what's the best set up underneath?? Thanks

No cotton, go fleece, poly-prop, silk, cool-max etc. If it gets a little wet, it will dry fast.

it varies with the water temperature and your comfort level. For me it has been anywhere from trunks when the water is in the 60's to fleece pants and a fleece longsleeve shirt over a tshirt when there is ice floating in the water.

My drysuit is a crushed neoprene CF200 so it is stretchy and has some insulation properties. I wear a light fleece base layer, then D.U.I. 400g thinsulate undies. Then I am good to about 45 degrees for 80 minutes before getting cold. For wakeboarding...a 4/3 ZEN zip wetsuit. Drysuits suck for wakeboarding and yes I own one of them too. My drysuit will be getting used for white water kayaking this spring. Capaline makes a perfect light wicking base layer for water in the high 40's and above. I can not stand having skin against the inside of the drysuit. USCG vest fits just fine inside the drysuit, or over it. You can not count on the flotation of the drysuit if a seal or zipper blows.

I've worn the g string also, only "backwards"..... Nah, but I think I'll try a few of the above to see what feels best! (maybe not the kilt.....) Thanks for the input

I usually rock my Hot Chillys tights. Its sexy. Ohh I also wear no vest because I'm "core" like that. I laugh at drowning. Hahaha Going naked would suck, you may be dry but that suit is going to be cold against da boys. (Message edited by stephan on December 20, 2007)

" Hey TigeMike.....show me the pic of you in one, and I'm down!" Dont have one boarding/surfing.......yet, so this one will have to do. I'm the one in the shades.

Well.......I guess I asked for that! I think I'd rather wear what's to your left under my suit instead! Buzz, that's awesome!

Work Clothes, you can get a few more minutes on the water and increase your chances of being on time.

some sweats, sweatshirt or something like that. Found out that you'll freeze your butt off if you dont have somethin long sleeved on. drysuit keeps ya dry, but you can still feel the water through the nylon if your rockin a short sleeved shirt. weird feelin.
