trayson made a post in this thread: Could a new depth gauge be wired to exisitng transducer & paddlewheel temp?
No kidding........People want us to WORK!!!! WTF I'd much rather read boat stuff. Not to mention the fact that MAYBE someone has ALREADY tried this and can A ) save you the trouble of failing or B ) tell you it a...

trayson made a post in this thread: Could a new depth gauge be wired to exisitng transducer & paddlewheel temp?
In the new boat the airmar paddle wheel assembly now houses speed, depth and temp all in the one unit. With you having an older stand alone transducer the comments above may not apply. Its going to matter what brand tha...

trayson made a post in this thread: Upholstery in Washington
Washington state is pretty big. I live in WA and am 4 hours south of ya. I have a couple upholstery options, but mine are all local. I'm sure Bellingham would have something. Oh, and GO WWU Vikings!!!

trayson made a post in this thread: Something new for you all to check out
WABoating, are you located in Washington State? If so, where? I would love to see some of what you're doing in person. Sounds like a really cool idea. It definitely takes automation to the next level. Years ago, I used to have to explai...

trayson made a post in this thread: Anyone ridden this brand?
Hi Desi, not discrediting the speed of the board as a whole. I have not ridden them. Surf board speed is governed primarily by the global shape of the board and dimensions in conjunction with the fin profile and fin box angl...
THE SEARCH IS OVER!!!!!!!! Thanks for the suggestions guys, but we finally pulled the trigger on our new boat last night. We went bigger and blew our budget but the wife really like this boat a...

trayson made a post in this thread: Best wakeboard boat under $15,000
^^^ I'd have to disagree with that one. I did my of my riding back in the day behind a MB Boss 200, and that was a boat that was made for smooth water. It literally beat the sh** out of us when we encountered any chop. When my buddy traded that...

trayson made a post in this thread: The search for a new "do all" boat for 2015
We found a really clean 2006 Supra Launch 21V last night that my wife loves the interior of. I've not finding a lot of good surfing reviews so that has me a little concerned but that boat looks to have a lot of room inside o...

trayson made a post in this thread: Could a new depth gauge be wired to exisitng transducer & paddlewheel temp?
Well, I talked to PP and found out that on a more current firmware, my PP could actually display the water temp on the PP at all times. But to get that update I'd have to have a new master module and that would be $200 at a "discount". Ouch....

trayson made a post in this thread: Could a new depth gauge be wired to exisitng transducer & paddlewheel temp?
Well, I just called Faria and found out that their transducers are a 235 kHz frequency. so as long as my boat's transducer is operating in that frequency range, I'd probably be okay. The Temp sensor could certainly be tied into the one comin...
