Malibu LSV question

I'm looking at some Malibus right now. On a Malibu LSV how does the boat and wake compare from 2003-2004? The hull was changed on the LSV in 2004 right? Is the 02-03 LSV hull shape the same as the 02-04 VLX, just a stretched out SV23 hull? I'm thinking about buying one. I'm going to test ride them for sure, but I just wanted some rider input on the boat.

They need a bunch of weight, but both hulls are great. I spent a lot of time in the early boat and loved it. Only rode a '05 a handful of times, but also thought it was awesome.

Get the cleanest boat you can find and be stoked. Don't worry about which hull it is. Oh... and buy a lot of fat sacs. You'll need them.
