ok so does liquid force have crappy customer service or is it just that nobody says anything about it.cause i see all these threads about hyperlite and ronix and cwb and slingshot and company.but personaly i have yet to see a liquid force thread on customer service.i'm not hating but i just want to know if there a pain to deal with or if their so great that nobody feals they have to say anything.

I know multiple people who have had outstanding service from LF, normally involving quick replacement or shipment of parts. They are of the same quality of the other companies named.

ive had nothing but good experiences with them. Ive had minor problems with equipment and they replaced everything with no problems

I have never had a problem getting them to repair/replace anything. As a matter of fact, they just warrantied my 08 transits and I had a new pair in less than 10 days. Great product and great company. Nothing but love for LF and the LF staffs that I deal with.

They have been nothing but good to me from warrantying bindings to dealing with requests for little things

I had some issues a year ago and they took good care of me. Real quick to respond and not hesitant to help at all. I felt they went above and beyond what I expected from them.

I've had a great experience with LF customer service as well. I had some issues with my Alpha bindings. I explained it to them and they sent me all new parts, no questions asked. I didn't even have to send in the stuff that was defective!

I've had LF warranty a couple of boards and a pair of bindings for me, no problems at all.

k thanks guys for answering my question.i just hadn't seen any body raven about liquid force like they do ronix and slingshot,atleast i know i won't have any trouble warranting my lf if it breaks.

I have had 3 good runs with them, my friend not so much.

He had a Shane, started splitting at the nose.... long story short he rides a ronix now
