I own a 210 and worked on both and there is no question. I would never own a MC. in all my years of boating the only boat I have had pull back to a dock is a MC. It could be just me but even this forum has alot of posts about mech. problems with MC's

X Star all of the way.

BTW, I have towed my share of Nautiques back to the dock as well.

Scott, that is completely laughable. How about you give us some examples to back up your claim.

By the way, I would go X-Star although wither would be a good choice.

Never ridden behind a 210, but I have the x-star. The wake is a little wide, but it is huge. Some say the x-star has the best wake when weighted properly. I would ride both if you can. I personally like the x-star.

To respond to Scott's comment, I will say in my experience, the only boat I ever towed in was a CC, and I was driving a sea-doo! lol. MC uses Indmar for their engines, I think CC uses PCM. Both make good marine packages so reliability should not be an issue.

If size matters, X-star is your ticket, if efficiency matters go SAN. Both make good wakes but you really have to slam the X-star to get a macking wake.

Don't worry about the tow comments. Both make good boats, the difference will be more about what dealership you take it to to get it serviced which is a local concern, not a brand issue per se.
