marius or shane?

I ride the shane and really dig the speed, feel, and landing it has. It just doesnt have the pop i want. I like the pop on the marius, but it just feels like im riding a huge piece of plywood when cutting. Any suggestions or comments on the two would be great.

I thought the same thing when I first got the Marius. After riding it a few times, I started getting the feel for it. Definately one of my favorite boards. I hear the 08 is even better. Watch Bryan Hutton's video on WW's homepage. Does it look like he is riding plywood?

Ya i saw it. Crazy ass spins. My buddy rode with him about two weeks ago and said its unbileavable how fast he rotates.

i ride the Marius, have for 2yrs now, and believe me once you get over the size its the best board in the world in my opinion. Smooth landings, perfect pop, and a good feel, cant really go wrong, get over the size and everything else will look small.

never have really seen c-dub up close till this weekend...very nice board.i was impressed...heard somethin about the 08's bein even faster than the o7 marius??? crazy...i'm a fan of the shape...

......I dont notice the size thing at all it feels as nimble and quick as any board I have had. the v taper at the end allows it to still turn on edge well.

Its Funny because when a customer buys the Marius board, they do say it takes some time to get it dialed in, but once they do, they always have a hard time, ever riding any other board, I see it all the time, they demo another board and then say its good, but I love my Marius to much and end up with another Marius.
