I haven't paid on the water in a while, but HOliday Harbor is usually about $.50 cheaper or more.

$4.69 @ Jones Valley but that was the week of the 4th, I imagine it's gone down a bit. BTW - The guys that run houseboats.com took good care of us, we had a slight issue with power on the HB the last day & they covered all of our gas for the week on the boat & generator!

Aaron Thanks for taking a minute to say hi at the Jones Marina last week. I know you had to be bustin to get out on the lake. Looked like you guys were well equipped. We had a great time and the weather was awsome. Got pretty hot by Wed. but that's the deal.

Martin, I lived in Kuwait in 1986-1989. 94 octane it took about 2.20 USD to fill a 1986 jag. Today it costs about 8 bucks to fill the same car. Those brits are paying 6 bucks a gallon. Now I know why the vdrives are running a 6 cyl and using the gas tanks as ballast. I was in London a month ago, spoke to a couple of guys into wake boarding. They had a mastercraft or SAN or something we would want to be pulled with until I was told v-6, I couldn't get past that and asked if they supplied snorkels when the rode ;-) Told them to get a pull our west, with a 300 plus HP engine with real ballast and they might like boarding a bit more.... about gas prices - if it was cheap everyone would be doing it on our water, so having clean water and a smaller wallet because of the price is ok by me. Besides, I own oil service stocks that more than compensates for the hight pump prices anyway. Fill up, have fun and fill up again.....you only live once.
