I finally picked up my new boat. I wasnt sure about the mellow yellow at first but now I love it. The new MCX with the converters is a rocket ship.

Are those stripes at the border of the yellow and black custom? Never seen that before...

Awesome boat! Im curious about the stripes as well. Is your windshield tinted? Post some more interior pics.

Just be careful with you rope. Most MC dealers install the tweeters into the middle. I have seen a rope get caught on them and pop'em clean off on a couple occasions.

Billy, that thing looks awesome. I was torn between that and the Seaside Blue I ended up with the blue, but will more than likely have some that yellow on my next one.

Thanks, the tint really sets off the look of the boat I think. Once I saw Bubbas boat with the tint I was sold on it. I put the the stripes on myself , just adds a little character, something different. Travis, I heard about the code that popped up on your boats computer. LOL
Todd thanks for the tweeter heads up.

Matt, 30% medium tint its perfect in the day no glare what so ever. Night time is good to you can still see, any darker and it would be too much.

billy,
is that a single piece windshield? did they have to run a piece of black tape down to seperate the tint? i am trying to get a tint job done and they are saying they need to run a piece of tape down to cover up the seem cause they can't get it to wrap.... let me know

One piece, no tape. The one piece tint looks soo much better IMO. They do have to work it pretty good,3m tint is all they use. They said it lays better and lasts longer. Sounds like a good hooker doesnt it.

what is the black line that seperates your windshield? Is that actually a new piece of glass? See what I mean...right where the windshield starts curving around to the side of the boat...

Thats a support, it is back from the curve of the winshield quite a bit. The tint is one piece through the curve and stops at the support.
