I've been analyzing countless vids watching all the guys do toe and heel 7's off the wake...What is the trick to this? I can do heel and toe 5's off the wake, but i feel like i need a dubble up for the 7's...do i just need to go bigger off the wake or do i speed up my rotation, go off axis or what?? thanks alot!

going off axis really helps. I think of it as spinning on the fall back to the water. First pull yourself off axis then spin to win on the way back down. Getting off axis allows you to break the rope tension and pass the handle fast while keeping it close to your body.
