Amazing customer service from V/M trailers...

I called there this morning to get a brake hose for my trailer, spoke to Betty Lou. She knew exactly what I needed from my description, took my info, sent it out to me today. I asked her if she wanted my credit card #, she says " I'll just put the invoice in the box, just send us a check when it gets there. You probably need this for the holiday weekend, so I'll make sure it gets there." Amazing service, just wanted to pass the story along. It seems we only hear the horror stories.

las tyear someone stole my front latch assembly while we were out on lake. She did the same thing for me. had it the next day. cant say enough about their service.
