I just wanted to put in a plug for skylons service department. I had an issue where I received a faulty fat sac pump and was missing a cap and plug for one of my sacs, they sent me the plug and cap no questions asked and then later I realized my pump was faulty, they dealt with me promptly and picked up the pump the next day and had it back to me in 2 weeks which is remarkable because they asked if it was urgent and I said no since I live in NY and am at college, my season was basically over, well 2 weeks seems pretty damn quick if you ask me.
Not only that but I have had a great experience with their coverless sacs, I just purchased side sacs but the full size that sits in the walkway gets walked all over for 2 years, stays full for weeks on end and its still in great shape
