How did you get the video down to only 8MB, and still keep it so clear and smooth? What editing program did you use?

Good falls too!

Thanks alot guys, this was my first wakeboarding video.

MARK- Yeah this is all down in Prior Lake. The slider is really nice, thats the best part of our set up. We have a kicker too. The pool to slider is our freinds, we just knew that it was worth taping after we added the extra section onto it

JOE- Its sony screenblast. Its about 100 dollars.
What we did is rendered the video at 512 kbps, under windows v9. It took about 3 snowboard videos to figure out how to render it right.

Constructive criticism asked for, so here goes:

On the behind the boat shots, the rooster tail/wake/splash blocks some of the action.

When the camera is hand-held, consider sitting on top of the engine cover, if it's an inboard DD. Have someone 'spot' you so you don't end up being featured in a crash yourself.
Or try a tripod set on the floor, raised to standing height (see above cautions).

Also consider using one of the tower mounted camera mounts, and using a camera with the latest anti-shake circuitry.

BTW: Nice work on the editing/music integration.
