Assuming the wake is sufficient, the other three advantages I can see over my deck boat are ability to put on a tower, more horsepower (319 vs. 220), and an inboard engine (compared to an I/O). I have been told by a couple of dealers that the aluminum could fold/buckle under the stress from the tower. So, given the wake is sufficient, would the tower (3'- 4' higher tow point), additional horsepower, and an inboard engine be any better than what I have for wakeboarding? There has to be some advantage or why else spend the big bucks on a "wakeboard" boat? Thanks.
